The 20% budget
allocated in funds and disbursal policies shall be used to
facilitate and provide the necessary supplies and equipment. |

50% of all fundraising activities shall be carried out by
volunteers. |

All expenses
for fund raising activities shall be met by the CSRA from the
20% budget allocated for administration costs and shall not
exceed the 20% revenue budget. |
