Serving Recipients

1 Providing advertising to attract applicants.
2 Processing applications in a chronological order.
3 Qualifying applications forwarded to independent panels.
4 Decision from independent panels received.
5 Grant and bursary disbursements presented to successful applicants.

Fundraising and Administration

1 Maintain and update the CSRA informational web site.
2 Send e-mails to potential donors.
3 Fax Society information to potential donors.
4 Mail information to potential donors.
5 Telephone canvassing of potential donors.
6 Develop radio advertising programs through corporate sponsorship.
7 Develop TV advertising programs through corporate sponsorship.
8 Apply to foundations and a qualified beneficiary.
9 Apply for government grants.
10 Distribute posters to appropriate institutions to promote the objectives of the Society and interest potential donors.
11 Maintain an on-going mail campaign of brochures and flyers.
12 Apply to trust funds as a qualified beneficiary.
13 Co-ordinate functions to showcase talented new Canadian artists.
14 Community talent shows for children.
15 Organize recitals and concerts.
16 Talent search contests.
17 Book-keeping and accounting for operating costs.
18 Maintain financial records.
19 Develop new programs to promote objectives.
20 Develop agreements and contracts with different organizations, institutions and corporations that will assist in the promotion of the Society's objectives.
